Ordering Policy
Local Orders
All online orders must be paid in full to be processed and submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment.

Nationwide Orders
After submitting your order request with location, an invoice will be sent via email with all pricing, including shipping costs. All orders must be confirmed in writing, converted from their original estimate, and paid in full to be processed and submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment.
Orders may be subject to sales tax. For purchases where sales tax is applicable, you will see the tax calculated on the bottom of the invoice.
If for any reason an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email with an alternative item or backorder status.
Orders will not be taken over the phone. Orders must be placed either thru email or via online portal.

Delivery Policies
Factory 2U Cabinet Company, Denver offers delivery service to residential addresses and job sites within 200 miles (not to exceed 3 hours) of our warehouse location. All deliveries will be confirmed 24 hrs. prior with an approximate delivery window. Please keep in mind delivery windows are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Please be patient.
Our delivery team is only authorized to deliver to the curbside, dock, or garage of residential addresses. The delivery crew will not unpackage each cabinet or accessory due to time restrictions. If a cabinet or accessory appears to be damaged, you may unpack the cabinet or accessory for further inspection. Someone of at least 18 years of age must be present to accept the cabinets and sign for the delivery.
Please check and make sure that all items listed on the packing slip have been delivered by the delivery crew. All missing and visibly damaged items must be clearly marked on the driver's paperwork to be reviewed by Factory 2U Cabinet Company. Our delivery crew will provide a copy of the packing slip for your records upon arrival at the delivery location. Driver will take pictures for delivery back up. Please sign the delivery crew’s packing slip once the delivery is complete and you have received all your items.
Once the customer signs off that all cabinets are received, Factory 2U Cabinet Company will not be responsible for any missing items. You have 48 hours to report any concealed damage. You can expect the delivery crew to greet you with professionalism, be dressed in uniforms, examine the area that the cabinets will be carried, and respect your home or jobsite.
Warehouse Pickup Policy
For your safety and our operational efficiency, our warehouse distribution center is closed to walk-in visitors and customers. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. The email will contain the address of our Commerce City, CO warehouse and the dates you can go pick up your order. When you arrive, please check in at the front desk. Please provide your name and sales order number, or PO number, at the front desk. Once the sales order is confirmed, you will receive your copy of the packing slip and a dock assignment.
Our warehouse team will pull your items and meet you at the designated loading dock to help load out your order. Please check your order to make sure it is complete, especially before signing the warehouse team’s copy of the packing slip. All missing and visibly damaged items must be clearly marked on the warehouse team’s packing slip to be reviewed by our main office. Once the customer signs off that all cabinets are received, Factory 2U Cabinet Company will not be responsible for any missing items. On occasion, Factory 2U Cabinet Company can provide Same Day Pickup service. Same day pick up orders require a minimum of 1- 4 hours between the time of placing the order. Pickup orders are expected to be picked up on the date selected and specified on the sales order.
Our pickup hours are between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm on Monday-Friday and 9:00 a.m. – 2:00p.m. on Saturday. Please do not go to the warehouse until you have received confirmation from a Factory 2U Cabinet Company representative that your order is ready. Factory 2U Cabinet Company reserves the right to charge a storage fee for orders not picked up on time or cancelled after the order has been prepared.
**All orders that are not picked up within 1 week of pickup date will be subject to a storage fee of $100 per week.
